Our History and Growth
Founded in 1995, Valco Consultants Inc. has grown into one of Ontario’s most trusted real estate appraisal firms, specializing in real property analysis and valuation across Ontario and beyond.
Our Approach to Complex Realty Needs
Each member of the professional appraisal staff of Valco is an accredited member or a candidate of one or more of the nationally recognized appraisal organizations. Through intense training in all aspects of appraisal theory and techniques, members of the firm have developed an extensive background in the practical side of the real estate field. This background allows Valco to offer a diversified appraisal and consulting service. The office constantly updates an extensive data bank on real estate activity enabling the appraiser to analyze all types of real estate and remain well versed in current market trends.
