Biography
Ben Foote is a Candidate Appraiser with Valco Consultants, specializing in the Investment, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) division. In this role, he is gaining hands-on experience in the valuation of commercial, industrial, office, and multi-family properties.
Ben began his professional career with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry before transitioning into real estate appraisal. He initially entered the field as a lead comparable sales data manager at another firm, where he developed a strong analytical foundation, before advancing to his current role as a Candidate Appraiser. This progression has allowed him to build a well-rounded skill set in property valuation and market analysis.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Digital Marketing from Fanshawe College. Ben is currently completing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the University of British Columbia as he works toward earning his professional designation.
