Biography
Matt has been with Valco since 2005, obtaining his AACI designation in 2012 and becoming partner in 2015. He works in the ICI division, focussing on Investment, Commercial and Industrial properties across Ontario. Property types include single and multi-tenant retail and commercial properties, multi-family (converted houses to high rise apartment buildings), industrial buildings, office buildings, investment properties, condominium townhouses (insurance reports), as well as vacant development land.
Special use properties include; co-op’s, golf courses, automotive dealerships, schools, churches, car washes, gas stations, student housing, as well as retirement and long term care homes. Matt has completed reports for a wide range of clients, including individual property owners, real estate investors, lawyers, accountants, national corporations, cities and municipalities, as well as all of the major commercial banks and credit unions.
