Born and educated in Toronto, Wally is twice, Past Director of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, London Chapter and Past Director of the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board. Wally is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) as awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has been a real estate appraiser and a licensed broker for 26 years.

When he joined the firm, he brought with him a professional background as a mortgage supervisor and manager of the real estate department of a major trust company. His experience includes the valuation of residential properties for mortgage purposes, company employee relocations, private individuals, law firms and government agencies, feasibility studies on subdivision urban land and rural land completed for developers as well as municipalities.
