Born in Bowmanville, Ontario; Larry has been an Accredited Member (AACI) of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1971. He is also a Professional Land Economist (PLE), a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.), a Certified Agricultural Consultant (CAC) and a professional member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).

Larry's professional expertise is in various types of real estate appraisals in the commercial, industrial and agricultural areas plus economic business loss for litigation activities. Many expropriation projects have been completed covering hydro easements, pipe line easements and takings for highway purposes. Other consulting activities involve program evaluation assignments and business analysis projects.

Larry has appeared as an expert witness on many occasions in court proceedings and tribunals. During the past several years, his work has taken him to several provinces across Canada. He has served on the Executive of the Ontario Chapter of the ASFMRA, the Canadian Consulting Agrologists Association and as a Councillor of the Agricultural Institute of Canada. Various committee positions have been carried out with the Ontario Institute of Agrologists and he is currently on the Education Committee of the Ontario Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Numerous speaking engagements have been completed during the past fifteen years.
