SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES AND RENTAL BUILDINGS UP TO FOUR UNITS
Both form reports and narrative reports have been completed on different types of residential properties for a variety of circumstances and situations. Appraisals have been also completed for existing single family homes as well as on proposed residential buildings. Investment properties from a single unit to four unit apartment buildings have been completed throughout the southwestern Ontario region. The varied reports have been completed for various purposes including mortgage financing, power of sale, relocation purposes, estates and also for action involving the Family Law Act.

COURTS AND BOARDS
Appearance as an expert witness before the Ontario Municipal Board as well as in various court situations have been successfully undertaken as a result of varied appraisal assignments. Evidence was presented with regard to the potential impact a proposed townhouse development would have in regard to the existing, adjacent residential properties before the Ontario Municipal Board.
