Valco Consultants Agricultural Division staff members have a broad experience in valuing all types of farm properties including specialized livestock operations, grain elevators, greenhouses, orchards, mushroom farms and various large scale value added projects.
With a sound knowledge of agricultural production technique, each appraisal assignment is able to be dealt with in an efficient manner. Sales data is established throughout Ontario on special-use agricultural properties in order to be cognizant of values and the needs of buyers and sellers.
Our staff is equipped to deal with valuing properties where little or no sales data exists by a through analysis of the Cost Approach and/or the Income Campitalization Approach to value.
