The ICI Division of Valco Consultants is staffed by fully accredited members of the appraisal profession, experienced in all facets of real estate. They have been involved in the valuation of proposed projects as well as existing facilities, throughout the Province of Ontario. Experience in the various stages of development provides the appraisers with updated information on land values, construction costs, rental rates and the requirements of investors in the real estate market.
The firm's extensive data bank provides the appraisers with information on all forms of real estate enabling them to interpret the various factors affecting real estate values. The use of computers to maintain and analyze information allows the appraiser to provide clients with greater insight into the ramifications of market changes.
On-line computer access to costing services assists in the analysis of new and existing projects as well as providing information on costing for insurance purposes.
The Valco staff is experienced in retail/commercial, office, industrial, residential and special-use property valuations. We also provide litigation support to the legal community and government agencies.
