REAL ESTATE APPRAISER AND INVESTMENT ANALYST

Born in London, Ontario, Brian was admitted to the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (SRPA) in 1973 as an Accredited Member, and is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute, being granted the FRI designation, in 1986.

Brian's professional expertise encompasses commercial, office, industrial, residential and special-use property valuations. His wide-ranging experience includes discount cash flow analysis, development feasibility and income and expense analysis of proposed and existing projects for private developers, institutions and government agencies. Special-use property valuations include golf courses, marinas, mini-storage, car dealerships, churches, parking structures, physically damaged properties and contaminated projects. Practical experience in mortgage financing while employed for eight years by a national trust company in London, Sarnia and Toronto offices. Qualified as an expert witness before various courts, and boards.
